Why?
The first step involves a brief introductory phone call to let you decide whether we are right for you. We follow this up with a zoom call when I’ll ask questions about your business.
I will provide you with a survey questionnaire to obtain feedback from your guests on the key performance indicators I have identified as important. This feedback will provide conclusions for areas for improvement and will lead to the next stage.
The survey questionnaire and my analysis will be given to you FREE OF CHARGE.
How?
With these inputs, I’ll provide you with a proposal of recommended actions, a time plan and associated fees. You will now have three choices. You can reject the proposal or accept it and contract us to deliver it or you can choose to accept our recommendations but implement them yourself.
In the latter case you will have received my conclusions and recommendations free of charge when they normally cost at least £3000 , excluding the already provided free survey.
What?
If you engage the restaurant Guru, we will deliver all the materials for activities described in “HOW“ and will provide operational inputs to help transform the increase in sales into increased profits.
